101 Mobility Meet the Team
Dave Pazgan – President
An avid ultramarathon runner, surfer, and kiteboarder, Dave Pazgan enjoys working hard and playing hard. Dave has been the President of 101 Mobility since October of 2008. Prior to that, he served as the President of NovaStar Mortgage for over 10 years.
Kathy Thiessen – Vice President of Operations
Joining 101 Mobility as Vice President in 2015, Kathy Thiessen has the skills and know-how to get the job done. Her prior experience as Director of Sales at Merry Maids and Vice President/General Manager of AmeriSpec Home Inspection Service and Furniture Medic make her a valuable leader to the 101 Mobility team.
Nick Irmo – Director of Marketing
With a background in franchising, leadership and marketing Nick started working with 101 Mobility in 2017. He brought his talent, expertise and family from Chicago, IL we he joined us in Wilmington. A self proclaimed car fanatic, when he isn’t working on websites, creative or marketing projects he tries to spend time with his son and his car projects. Previously, Nick was the director of marketing for In Home Personal Services, Bowes In Home Care, and Cartridge World USA.
Chris Diehl – Franchise Business Development Manager
Passionate triathlete and office comedian, Chris Diehl spends his workday as Franchise Business Development Manager of 101 Mobility. Forming one half of “Team Chris,” Chris Diehl came on board in April of 2014. Chris’s previous positions include Practice Leader for Babb McGrew and Director of Business Development at Paragon International.
Chris Mink – Franchise Business Development Manager
The hard-working “Alpha Dog” and other half of “Team Chris,” Chris Mink operates as Franchise Business Development Manager of 101 Mobility. Joining 101 Mobility in December of 2008, Chris brought along her skills as Sales Manager at Ventiv to help accomplish any goal set in her path.
Tamara Weil-Cunningham – Manager of Training & Support
When she’s not out running or spending time on her boat, Tamara Weil-Cunningham keeps herself busy as the Manager of Training & Support of 101 Mobility. Tamara joined the company back in November of 2011, bringing along her prior experience as Business Development Manager for A&B Personnel and Advertising Operations Manager for StarNews Media.
Trey McCrary – Mobilink Project Manager
A loving dad of two boys and avid UNC basketball fan, Trey McCrary is 101 Mobility’s Mobilink Project Manager. Trey’s background includes Systems Consulting with a focus on finance technology and system strategies. When Trey is not busy with Mobilink, he likes to spend time with his family at the beach or playing some basketball.
Mitch Gower – Manager of Technical Training
Mitch is the cornerstone of the technical training you receive at Home Office. Knowledgeably and personally he will help guide you through the products and the best way to service and install them.
